Registration for the 2025 Workshop
This workshop is designed for researchers and professionals working with complex data, providing practical methods and tools to improve clarity and communication through visual representation.
The program consists of three sessions:
- Sunday, 1st of June, 15.00-18.00 (Including short coffee break)
- Monday, 2nd of June, 9.00-12.00 (Including short coffee break)
- Monday, 2nd of June, 19.00-21.00: (Including informal dinner)
The workshop is open to both NSHG-PM members and non-members, with a reduced fee for members. Spaces are limited, and early registration is encouraged. Please pre-register now to reserve a spot. When the registration site opens by mid-April, we will send you payment details as well as a confirmation of your registration.
*Please note that seats for the workshop is limited with a total seats of 50 attendees and is given by first come first served basis.

Cancellation terms
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu.
Cancellation of participation postmarked before and on the date of May 8th will be refunded deducting an administration cost of 300 DKK. From the date of May 9th registration fees are non-refundable.
If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers the workshop is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the workshop.
Terms and conditions
You agree that all information you provided upon your registration is correct. You are solely responsible for the content of your communications with the NSHG-PM 2025 Secretariat (CAP Partner) and their legality under all laws and regulations.
By registering to the NSHG-PM workshop 2025 the participants give their consent that the organizer may take pictures and/or record videos at the event. This includes pictures and/or video of the participants and/or their works (such as poster, excepts of presentation or lectures) during the workshop for reports and promotion of NSHG-PM on website, social media channels and printed material.
If you identify yourself on a photography published by NSHG-PM and wish to have it removed from the website, please send an e-mail to info@cap-partner.eu.
We encorage you to share pictures and experinces from the conference with colleagues – both in person and on social media, but please show consideration for the people in your photographs/videos when you share them.
Payment terms
Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer), EAN payment or credit card. Upon completion of the registration, an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and will be the only copy you will receive.
It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address is entered during the registration process.
Sharing of contact details
CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the workshop. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organizational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the workshop, here under registration and information about the workshop. Your data will not be passed on to any third party.
